Absolutely no way I'd recommend living here. First off the parking is absolutely atrocious. I work nights and constantly have to park to buildings away to get a spot. They leave the security gates open daily that allow you into the complex itself to get to your door. The problem with this is that constantly make a beeping noise do to being left open. The office knows about it but their response was yeah it's always been that way. Will again I'm sorry but when I can hear it through my window every night and impact my ability to be able to get sleep. Ridiculous it's not been disconnected. The walls are beyond paper-thin. You hear every little thing outside of the apartment. Airplanes, doors, conversations, everything. It makes it impossible to get a good night's rest. They say they have a security officer that is assigned to the complex. I have seen this person one time and the little over a month and I have been here. It would definitely way more comforting since I have to walk to freaking buildings in order to get to mine that late at night to actually see that presence. I'm not exactly sure how the trash service works. Three different times I have left my dedicated little black trash can outside my front door to be picked up and not once has anybody taking the trash. $1500 for a 1 bedroom with extra cramped living area. The dining room table is literally right up against the kitchen island and the couch. You have absolutely no room to really maneuver. I simply can't get over how much they charge for rent in the Charlotte area. It's completely laughable. Look elsewhere.

Great community apartments that I would definitely recommend. The front desk staff are always helpful and maintenence fullfil requests and resolves any issues almost immediately. And they value your availability and time always. I have two dogs that I cannot always put away and have a varied work schedule. Maintenence always honors me crazy appointment times

I truly do not understand the one star reviews. I have lived here for over two years. Work orders are few and filled almost immediately. The staff it’s cool. There is no roach or major bug problem. It can be hard to find parking after 9 PM RIGHT near your building, but there is always a spot available if you don’t mind a short walk from the next building. I don’t expect the conveniences of a house and garage at a large apartment complex. I’ve never felt unsafe. Overall, the community is quiet and well-maintained. What more could you ask for? The apartments are nice. I’m very glad I found this place.

I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m in love with this place! (Locked in my move in date at the end of July) From the amenities to the great location, this place has left me speechless. The leasing office is beautiful and the staff members were wonderful! I walked into this place just thinking this was going to be like every other apartment complex in the area but they weren’t and I’m glad! Most of the other apartment complexes had that stupid contract with Spectrum and that was a major deal breaker for me. I have direct tv and for what I pay monthly, along with it being bundled with my wireless account I didn’t want to give that up. The kitchen within the apartment is beyond belief gorgeous and spacious! Hardwood floors in some units, carpet in others that way you can literally find what style works for you. Bluetooth speakers built into the living room walls (its included in every unit at no extra charge it’s a standard feature), washer and dryers as well, and some units have the “smart package” which has an added nest thermostat (and probably other things I wasn’t paying attention to. More than likely it was due to me still being in shock lol). I was shocked that a double vanity sink was included in the bathroom and last but not least (drum roll please) the tub size👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Being 6’2” and working two jobs while going to school, I deserve a tub large enough to soak in and run a bubble bath after a long day, and I found it! I seriously fell in love with this place when I walked through the club house and fitness center (both are 24/7 btw, goodbye planet fitness 🙋🏽‍♀️). I’m sorry everyone, you just really have to stop by and see everything for yourself because I will seriously write a book on here as you can see.

WHY? WHAT? As if we don’t struggle enough trying to find parking… and now we are Reserving parking for some people? meanwhile others have to park down by the town houses and walk far in the dark to get to their building with The amount of car break ins that have happened recently , its unsettling.The parking situation here is trash ,if you getting home after 5 you won’t find parking anywhere close to your building , once your home don’t leave because you will loose your spot almost immediately. Overall the most stressful part about living here , not to leave out the fact that most people need to learn how to park and expect your cars to be all dinged up due to that.
